Several people, including two children aged three and six, were hurt and treated by first responders.
The children suffered respiratory and eye problems – although their injuries are not thought to be serious.

The latest incident would be the third attack to shake Germany in the past 24 hours.A man attacked fellow travelers with an ax at a train station in Dusseldorf, Germany on Thursday, Fox News reports. Seven people were injured, three seriously, before police could subdue the suspect.The Washington Post has identified the attacker in the Dusseldorf attack as Fatmir H., an asylum-seeker from the predominately Muslim territory of Kosovo.
Hours later, an elderly man was attacked by a machete in a Dusseldorf parking garage not far from the train station, reports German newspaper Die Welt. The man survived and was taken to a local hospital.
